Remember what I said earlier how if I hear/see something two days ago or even three it tends to stick in my memory for some reason? I guess that's what happend. This is the way grandpas secretly babysit their grandkids. This was an abstract piece (at least I wanted it to be). -- My work:-- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- --- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- -- [/img]-- -- [/img]

Oh Helen it is so lovely to go thru your gallery again. I guess if there is anything we all have to thanks those pesky spammers for it is the opportunity to all refresh ourselves and reaquaint ourselves with all the fine images our members have shown in the past.
your glossies are bar none on this forum and on the other main board. Just beautiful

Your comments made me smile, you guys and gals. I really wish I had some time to work on something. I was busy with things at home (my dad's diabetic) and I'm working on another painting. I'm almost done with it. I will post pics soon. Thank you ALL!

Thank you Sargon, j.d. melek, and leif. *hugs* Here's the link with the painting I finished yesterday. You can read the details in the DA link below: helenlight.deviantart.com/gallery/#/d37134kIt looks much better and brighter in reality. As you all probably know, photography isn't my favorite art area, so the photo I took wasn't so good.

Well done on the spider. I like the shape of his legs. Very smooth & glossy. The yellow tips on his legs work great. He has great depth too with the darker legs at the back. Not overly keen on the yellow balls for his thorax & head. They remind me of lawn bowls. The reflection is well done & I like the spider web very much.
Definitely the cutest spider I have seen, ever!
