@ Oma … many, many thanks. The texture really was playing around with my wood tut' then Blend Modes as shown in the PDN file available for download. A few layers of clouds (oranges and blues) and again playing with Blend Modes The day I start putting 5,000 steps into my work … please shoot me Me a rebel ? Unfortunately too much so @ times ------------------------------ @ Chrisco' … thanks mate. Muchly appreciated. --------------------------------------------- @ Lance … thanks mate. Added more of my works but I really need to re-arrange my gallery. Welsh's Labyrinth … you know me too well mate ---------------------------------------- @ BarbieQ' … thank you. Like I said above, added my works, but I really need to start getting tough and whittle some out. And thanks for the congrats --------------------------------------------- @ Heat' … thanks mate. Muchly appreciated. ----------------------------------- @ Goon' … thanks mate. To be honest, I wasn't expecting anything this year … everyone else has produced so many great things. Weirdest art and King of … I've got to chuckle, who'd have thought the 2 go hand in hand --------------------------------------- @ J.D. … many thanks. Glad you liked Tin Worm. And thanks for the congratz. No sure about being on a roll … that means I've got to crash into something sometime soon BTW love the sig. I've seen a cold-sore on lips, but never an eeyore … ------------------------------------- @ B'Penny …. Many thanks. Welshy the Weird – love it. Like I said to someone once, “You think I'm weird ? Imagine how I feel knowing I'm weird ...” ---------------------------------------- @ Lance (again) … thanks mate. Nope you don't have to call me Your Majesty … after our conversation yesterday, I know you'd rather answer to a mistress ------------------------------------------ @ Helen … many thanks. Anything I've achieved in Paint.NET is a credit to people like your good self and everyone else here who have pushed, encouraged, dried my eyes and given me fantastic inspiration from their work ----------------------------------------------- @ Patty … many thanks. Love the user-name. And that sig. Great feel to it. I'm still up for the collab' … just got to sort my head out and get some health checks out of the way, so if you can bear with me for a few weeks ? BTW … RE: Your location – keep somewhere cool for me ---------------------------------------------------- 2 finger typing makes your fingers ache !! On Page 1 Playing around with Tin Worm and my Bubbling water tut The Deep #'s 1 & 2 WIP'sMaybe potential to take either one further ? I can see why you`re exited Welshy. These have real potential. I think the one without the Tin Worm texture is best though. It is not so complex but you could do more with it I think. For example the landscape at the bottom could either be used as rocks or icebergs. I can see little fish swimming around or the Aurora Borealis subtly lighting up the ground below. Alternatively you could use Helen`s Glass Cube tut and make a fishtank. Just a few ideas to get you thinking.

Very nice work! The one on the left, with the metal texture in the background, kinda looks like a sunken ship or something. I cant wait to see the finished product!

Two great pictures. But i was thinking: The Deep WIP to the right; if you removed the small white patterns over the crystal things at the button. And only there. Then it would look just like you were standing on a frozen rock, looking out over the sea. Just a suggestion. Is it just a mater of the order of the layers?

I am thinking a sunken ship discovered at the bottom of the sea.
As for our conversation, I can only laugh...

Well for a messing around - I sure like this one. The sky compliments the water & the ice very well. The icebergs are very nicely done & great reflection on the water. I keep wanting to scroll down to see more

Ice Kingdom is beautiful! I want to make one now. You do know everytime you post something magnificent like this I end up getting sidetracked from what I was previously working on by sheer envy and a determination to figure out what the heck you did.
Love it truly.
also the underwater scene is so soothing.
