Helen - that's Mindi, the dog we had for 17 years. The picture was taken shortly after we got her, at about 8 weeks old. We took pictures of her every couple of weeks for a few months. Not so much after a year because she didn't really change, unless she was doing something really cute or funny. Pixey - she used to exercise with me, sort of. She'd lick my face when I was on the floor stretching. And if I was doing weights, she'd bounce around and almost got clocked in the head. I love step too! I even have a video called "We Love Step". And a few more.

This is Radar, the latest addition to our family. He is a black-and-silver Miniature Schnauzer, 8 weeks old, and he has been with us for two days. He's small, but he's a handful. Our cat, Tiggy is mostly avoiding him, but she'll get used to him.

So, so cute, BP! I kind of want another dog other than Lassie (our collie), but we just don't have the time right now and opportunity.

BP, he is so cute! Puppies are a handful but the good part is that you can train them...well...mostly. ;D Enjoy him while he is a babe.

It's a good thing he's cute, because he can be a little demon sometimes! ;D But he is learning to "come" and "sit", and to chew on his own things (mostly). He is getting along with the cat too. She will trot by him and invite him to chase her, but she's not impressed when he starts the play.
It's so much fun to watch him learning about his world!

OMG - how cute is Radar ..... so smart and handsome BTW - I too have a red chair like that .... alas, it's not as pristine anymore - the cats used it as a scratching post

Yeah, cats can really do a number on furniture, can't they? When we first got our cat, we sprayed her with water if we saw her scratching at the furniture. We thought she got the message until I saw the back of the living room couch. What did she learn? Don't scratch the furniture if someone is watching. Of course that furniture is 20 years old now and I wouldn't mind replacing or reupholstering it. I was amazed at how big Radar's eyes are - they looked so small with all his hair!

Full version is out now. Plenty of improvements. You should get a prompt to update when you open PDN next time.

I mixed two flavours of yogurt together... ... and got this song stuck in my head.

I was singing it while walking the dog yesterday. Out loud. But it was muffled by the scarf around my face, and it was cold enough there was no one outside to hear it anyway. We watched the movie Jersey Boys a couple of weeks ago, and I had just about every song by the Four Seasons in my head for days. I especially liked the closing credits. www.youtube.com/watch?v=ZFBMUnrYSlQ
