{Spoiler}{Click here for older work}Gee, it's been a long time since I posted anything new. Not that anyone is lying awake nights wondering about it. Anyway, here's a bunch of stuff, in no particular order. Squirkle
Squirklewarp
Still addicted to Gridgrad ************************************ I've been playing with a dingbat font, using the same image in glass, metal and gold Then I added colour And played with different combinations and variations
I didn't really like the combination of gold and metal, but maybe I can get something with different blend modes ************************************ See if you can guess which plugin I used for these My try at Rust
GridGrad
Playing with plugins
More gold A new plugin - Psychocolour! Another shaped gradient, this time with equations Droste again
More random-ness The first one reminds me of marbled Chinese paper
Kaleidoscope, Droste, and BlendModes Plus
Barbieq's "Panels" tutorial
Hey - there's a face in my lace! plus MadJik's DJ Sig Tutorials
with background image Playing with BlendModes Plus I never know what to name things. It's blue, and it's a circle.
Merry Christmas!
Sparkles!
I've played a lot with Sarkut's gold method I had some fun with ella's tutorial on the main forum
Sometime when I'm uninspired, bored, or just plain lazy, I play with Random Effect. Interesting things can happen. More with Shaped Gradient

Shaped Gradient

Thanks everyone!
I feel really good about this board. After the holidays is usually kind of a downer, so it's good having something new, and it's fun being part of it from the beginning.

Hi there love all the images you've shared with us. I'm not sure if I mentioned this to you before but your sig is really nice. I like your gold work, and the letters are so smooth looking I just want to reach into my computor screen and touch.
ciao OMA

I got to say the best piece is "Playing with Blend Modes." It is a stunning beautiful piece and it has a feel of being in a stained glass church.

Thank you all for the comments.
BlendModes Plus was a true 'hey, that looks cool!' moment. It's a neat plug-in. Some of the results are really hideous, but some turn out very nice.

Love this one ... a name for it ? Glass Turbine ? Electric Cyclone ? ... I don't think it needs one. Like they say, a picture is worth a ,000 words The one before is really good too. You've made me realise I never play around with Blend Modes Plus. Really nice gallery and your work is flying along @ a great rate

Thanks j.d. (love the sig) and Welshy. I have no imagination for naming artwork. In my calligraphy pieces, when I need a title I use a few words from the text. For a lot of my PDN stuff, it's the date and a number unless something stands out. Probably because I use all my creativity in the artwork. Yeah, that's my story and I'm sticking to it.

Oh WOW! Your work is awesome BP. You really have the shiny/glassy technique down to a "T". I loved your star, from before, but now have just seen the latest - 'Messing with Blend ModePlus'. Golly - it's beautiful and looks like a window. I'd never even heard of Blend Mode Plus, so must look in the Plug-in area asap. The Christmas Squirrel is adorable and you have the puffy and glossy tech in perfect harmony. Amazing abstract works too. Well done you
