Try to edit the post. Look if all the code is still there. If it is you may just have made one simple mistake in the start of the HTML code.

I think you may have inadvertently deleted the pictures before you posted them.

I agree with Welshy...again! You'll get the hang of it. It takes a while. Good to see you having your own gallery at least

I've been trying to figure out how to make my version of the Sphinx with Coach Frank Beamer's face on it and also my version of Mt. Rushmore. Been looking around at some tutes but can't quite figure out how to make stone/marble/granite pics to blend into faces! Anyway, thanks for lookiing at some of my stuff, I have much more but it's 99% football pics related. Oh and I'll take criticism too, I know I'm not perfect, don't plan on being perfect. Just want to turn out good quality work.
Things I may be asking help with: Other than making the 2 stone pics....Sphnix and Mt. Rushmore would be changing the color of a jersey that a player has on. Just the other day a parent of a player wanted me to change a pic of his son (had on a blue shirt) wanted me to put him in a VT jersey. Any ideas we be welcomed. Thanks for you patience with me as I am still learning the ropes with Paintnet. Finally I "do" have Paintshop4 but man-o-man it's very difficult for me to get into!!!!!

Now I see what you want to do with Coach Beamer and Sphinx. I think someone has mentioned a tutorial that shows how to blend a face and texture, but I'll warn it requires a lot of practice.

VT Dad, Alpha Masking (AM)would have to be involved & a fair bit of transparent gradient too. There are some fantstic AM tutes on here. Main forum has lots of photo merging tutes too. It is incredibly difficult at least for me to get it right. It can be done because we have seen it I like your images but some are a bit jaggy. Love the second one esp.

I have been thinking about how to change that jersey. haven't tried this out, but i would think about something like this.
Make the picture big. I would suggest a hight of 3000 pix or more. Make a new layer on top. Using boozer curve ( right click ) draw a thin line ( 2-3 pix) around the part you want to change. Be sure to connect all the lines, so the shape can be used to select the part you want to change. Make another new layer.
Now you have one layer you can use to magic wand select the part you want to work on. And you have one layer to make changes. And you can make many new layers to make changes in. But the great thing is you can play with layer blends and transparency.
I hope this can guide you in the right direction.

Thanks everyone for the kind words and hints. I really do respect all of your works. I "AM" having a ball learning and doing as I stumble through the process of becoming better with my work. I realize there's a multitude of things I can branch out into. However right now I'm just consumed with college football. I'm so very glad I discovered this site. You folks are top quality and certainly know how to make a new comer feel welcome!!! I thank you all for that.

Looks really nice. However, the jaggies are very visible. You may want to use some of kind of feathering to get rid of that.
