Good to see you Briamoth! I like the idea of an away team. Or maybe set up an inukshuk to point the way here. I think an away team is a good idea as well. I just don't want to be one of the guys in a red shirt. (Star Trek joke)

Hey all Another PDN board - goodbye family! It took me an hour to work out that 'centre' (Aussie spelling) will not centre an image.

Hi everyone, Thanks to Lance for informing me about this place. I am very new to Paintnet just discovered it a few days before Thanksgiving last year.2010. I am still searching for just what I really want to do with this thing. I guess for now, since I like to stay on college football message boards mostly, I just want to learn to cut and paste things like faces from one body to another and move team logos around a bit. All in good fun. I really like to have fun. I'm 57 yrs. old so I'm not very PC savy so I'll have a lot of questions. But I will do my best to put forth the best work I can. Thanks again!!!

Welcome aboard. Don't worry that you are new to PDN. It is not the kind of program where you have to read pages and pages of manual to find the start button. Just jump right in and try doing stuff.

Welcome, vtdad!
I started out with PDN just resizing pictures. Then I discovered the tutorials and plugins. ;)Now I practically live in front of the computer and it's full of pictures I don't know what to do with.
In other words, it's really addictive! ;D

Hi! Just arrived, will need time to see all what's going on here! I hope it's not too confusing, there are those of you who know what I was like when I first joined paint.net. Hopefully this won't be quite so painful!

Welcome dug! Shouldn't be too hard to find your way around here, it's not nearly as complicated as the main forum. If you need any help just ask.
