Now that is a fabulous collection. I recognize many of them from my DA faves. Very impressive.

I never in my life would've thought this was done digitally. Great work, Aislin! By the way, what's your link to your DA?

Either I've missed a few of those, or there is some new things in there.
Thanks for sharing that up. Loving some of those compositions in the stream and looking forward to that WIP outcome.

Great gallery Aislin, all are so beautiful, you have a very nice style. Is the hair on this baby real or a drawing?

to be honest? part real, part drawn+smudged... some hairs are just difficult to do (something I still must learn how to do it exactly) so, sometimes I cheat a little with that...

It's been a real pleasure going back through your images on here. You've got a great eye and the artistic talent to back it up. Would love some of those 2nd life images on huge canvases around my home ...

Ditto on what WB said. Let them know up front you're suspicious. Also, point some of us at the people in question. We're pretty good about vetting companies and contracts ...
That being the other thing: find out what the contract terms are and under what laws/regions they are applicable. Thankfully most of the EU is pretty reciprocal about these sorts of things, but it can get odd.
Other thing that comes to mind is what tools/methods they have available to demonstrate sales. The biggest con of some previous groups is selling 100 copies and paying for you for 3 ... The better the site, the more visible these transactions are to all parties. Basically do they share metrics on views/sales/incomplete transaction etc for the artists or not ... and if not, why ...
Now ... Blue Flowers ... wonderful. I've been torn to think you'd move from the black and white as it can be very powerful, but this test of color with those techniques is awesome. Gradient work etc ads visible depth with the shadowing and highlight/reflection in the color changes etc. While you had issues with the fade you were looking for, the outcome certainly works well for me. Background choice is good as well. Just enough detail and color variance to add yet another layer of vibrancy without overpowering the main subject or confusing things ...
I'd say your first attempt hardly seems like a "first attempt" at all.

Very nice, like barbie pointed out, coloring the nails with blue was a nice touch, are those teeth real?

the teeth are something I am most proud of, no they are not real... I have painted those with the colors: black, grey, blue, some purples and white, many layers (about 15), Gaussian blur and transparency. Maybe I can post a pic of just the teeth here...
