As you have been longer around than me, I was just wondering if any of you have made the polster pattern? vector.tutsplus.com/tutorials/effects/quick-tip-create-an-upholstery-pattern-in-five-minutes/I found this polster tutorial and created similar myself with help grid, shaped gradient and line tool but was just wondering if there would be other methods too. As always with texures had to find some use for it too so made something dark Valentine themed . Forgot to add, the font is Bleeding Cowboys.

Nice work Ella! I love what you do with your textures. I have a lot just sitting around, just don't know what to do with them yet.

Two things truly stands out on its own, the glass and metal textures. Those two are usually difficult to master, but I must say you have a great grasp on those. It took me several months to finally understand how to make glass, but it seem to have come naturally to you. I can almost see that Welshy will have someone to keep him on his toes with texture.

Thank you all . And Lance - yes twisting metal comes really easy for me but glass not so easy actually - I just spend lot of time examining peoples work how they have done it .

The sig is very good. The contrast with the silver/white hair & the purple background works really well. The shapes in the image compliment each other. The swirling hair is repeated in various ways in the background shapes. A rather moody piece just the way I like it.
I don't find the background gloomy at all. It has lovely colours & a great texture. The shapes compliment too.

I like the sig (love the character's hair) as well as the abstract. It has a darker texture to it, which is cool. I still can't get over the dress you made. It's so beautiful!

Thank you all again ! I never thought I would make signatures but now thanks to Chrisco I think is a fun way to do some fan art type projects. So there might come some more in future... I don´t post links to reference images because I always forget where I found them . Ok, found this one.

Brilliant sig! The elements work very well together, the text, the colour of her nails, the blond hair, red curtains with the hearts & the gold trim. Way to go Ella!
