WoW! Beautiful pieces The one for the WOTW is simply fabulous, as are the stained glass images and I particularly love the balls - especially the red one Have you done a stained glass tute yet? I rarely go to the main board, perhaps you have one there

I agree.... all VERY beautiful pieces. Funny that my fav of the glass balls is the gold one! It makes me think of elaborate Christmas tree ornaments on the tree. Great timing, as we are getting our first snow today YAY! I love snow. ;D

All very bright and cheery images! All lovely! I like how you managed to make that glassy effect on the spheres and the snowflake. Gosh, how amazing is this?!

Great to see you here, Ella! Love all the images, the stained glass is beautiful, and the balls look Christmassy.
A stained glass tut would be wonderful ...

So good t see you back here with many wonderful works. The balls are just fabulous & I agree - very Christmassy!
The second stained glass one is my fave esp. the tiled version.
WOTW is very pretty. I love the orbs! The last image reminds me of snow flakes. All of them are well done. Good on you Ella.

I tend to have to look, then come back and look again ... Everyday I gain more insight and layering my impressions seems to help me appreciate it all more and more.
I tend to blank out on holiday themed stuff, but I like the neutrality here. Well done impressions without any overtones.
I think I'm in WB's camp on the pink one. If I was the Christmas card sort, I would definitely use it as a cover image. It has a nice "holiday" feel. Or maybe custom wrapping paper. ... Though it didn't tile out the way I thought it would. Quick thought anyways. Customer paper is an expensive proposition though and well outside of means.
And I really like that snowflake. It captures a sense of movement, etc. And it has a great background. Something I'm still trying to get my head around how to set items on the right backdrops, framing, etc. Or thank you for indirectly helping me out as I keep plodding along here. Good examples to reflect on really help.

Lovely stained glass work Ella. Can`t really pick out a fave as they are all nice. Out of all of them I do like Paradiseflower the best though. I don`t think it needs those transparent gradients going across and down though. Kind of draws your attention away from the excellent work underneath and takes away some of the vibrancy of the colours. Nice to have you back.

Has been a long time again, although I have peeked in and looked what you have veen doing all the time (I just usually don´t speak / write too much). Made an entry for the PDN fans banner competition and tried out a few tutorials finally, you might recognize Welsh´s glossy rings and wood there . Turned them into profile banners: and used the same rings for logo competition: and here I played a bit with a flower I made - kaleidoscope, polar inversion and droste:

Very nice works Ella & very nice to have you back here too. Love the jewel banner - so delicate against the wood. Maybe the glints are just a bit too fractured? Love the way you did those gems too & the colour. The texture in the rings is awesome. Very nice logo & a great font to match. Icing on the cake for me is the flower. So beautiful with the shapes & the colour. Wonderful! Great to see your new works
