Who won the Native American contest? I voted for yours (I wish I couldn've voted three times just for one) "Happy Days" is just beautiful. I wish my days were as cheerful as your image and "Australia" is gorgeous. Maybe one day I an visit there. The red gem is precious.

Nanette got first & Welshy got second with their awesome entries. It was a tough comp. Next one is voting now & it's another tough one When hubby saw the Australia one, he said he had an image like this in his head all day. He has started to scrub up his airbrushes. Hopefully he will get back into it. It will do him good

This is clever, barbie. I like the theme here.
That's the reason why I don't like depths of the ocean...who knows what I'll see there.

Nice idea. It`s very ominous - as in what are you going to bump into? You are drawn in just to try and make out something - anything that might be there. Good work Barbie.

After a long time away, I am back. Images created in 2014 are on the front page. Everything else is on Deviant Art. Here are 2 new images that I started in December 2014. Carbon Colour & Colourless Carbon

Very soothing pictures. Nice pattern and great color changes. Just enough to make the colors stand a bit out, but not to make them look disturbing.

Double Post - apologies. I was looking for my ballot form but looks like I didn't keep a backup I am sure they will extend everything. Heck I wanted to enter more of the comps Anyway, here are some images that I did a while back. The boss knows that I love & breed rats. One of the work sites was having some serious issues with feral rats. I told him that if he sent me some photos of the site I could put rats all over it. Immediately I thought maybe I've bitten off more than I can handle. However, either they need new spectacles or I've gotten a whole lot better at photo manips The site went on strike & one of the teachers quit, only sweet-talked back with reassurances that it was a joke & a made up image by one of the other teachers (me). This site is about 700km away so they don't know me. Apparently, I am not on on their Chrissy card list So here we have my Agouti rat Soxi & her babies innocently wreaking havoc. Eating the rat bait on the keyboard. Just the rat was added to this iamge. Running around on your desk & keyboard. The babies were in a plastic box but the sides look like the computer monitor. The babies when they were about 14 days old. Told them this is what was in the wall & that the Sikh priests that own the building went in after dark with torches. I have not yet been forgiven by anyone at that site but my boss has a whole new appreciation for me but not enough for a raise

Good to see your gallery back, Barbieq! The two new images are very nice, I like both versions. The rat pictures are great! Some people just don't appreciate a good joke. Rodents don't bother me much, except the dead mouse the dog found under the garden shed.

The dead mouse would revolt me too We put baits out for the feral rats here. Have to keep a close eye on the dogs then. If the people next door would keep the rubbish at bay I am sure there'd be lots less yuckies. Rats attract snakes, very bad for dogs also
