Brilliant as usual.Maybe Homer could have been better looking in his younger days? Just love the perfection of your line work.

Blue-White-Red reminds me of 60's style pop art, great effect. Marge and Homer look wonderful, I would love see what Homer would look like at the end of the evening out

Oh Leif - these are simply jaw-dropping. You really do this sort of art so well (I wish I knew how). The shading on 'towel' is superb, the couple have a such a 'sexy' expression (so clever to do that) and the 'where are the kids' scenario is awesome. Magnificent

So much to catch up on. As usual, excellent work on the Simpson character but this one ... leif-j.deviantart.com/#/d3hx65f ... utterly fantastic work. I'd pay good money for a version that's 4 x bigger. That deserves to be framed and hung on the wall

The Towel is a fantastic work, it is such a unique style you have, and the simpsons are great.

Thank you all for your comments. I am especially glad you mention "The Towel" When i make these kind of pictures, i usually make one layer with the basic shape and color. And then i make another layer with the shadings. But in this case i used two shading layers and deferent blend modes. And on top of that i had to experiment what layer to put the pattern for the towel (noise with frosted glass) So it was sort of double work.

Love your work. Exceptional line work and shading. I also love, LOVE the realistic expressions on their faces. That's sometimes very hard to portray.

Great work on all of them. The shading on the Towel is excellent, also the pattern on the towel itself. And the Simpsons are always so much fun!

The Where Are the Kids images is so sad. The expression on the kids faces is just wonderful. It makes me want to cry for them. I agree with the previous comments - late to the party to there is not much I can add but nod in agreement

Update on page one. Some old things put together with some new things. A bit of 3D plug-in and alpha mask. And a bit of a fractal actually. A space scape this time. Spaceship inspired by a new (but very old) cartoon i just bought.

Nice colours and textures on the background and a really interesting raised texture on the Earth nice spaceship i'm not big on 'space' know how, but wouldn't the upper planet cast a shadow over the back one ?

The texture DOES look awesome. I especially like the different clusters of stars. And the spaceship is cute, too. I like how it stands out from the background.

Thank you for your comments. It is nice to know you like the texture, as i was sometimes in doubt if this was the right way to do things. But the planets really scold look alien. @ WelchBlue You may have a point about the shadow. It is my intention to make it look like the light is coming from the top left corner. And the blue planet is so far away ( and bigger ) that it is not in the shadow of the one in the front. Actually the "big" planet is meant to be in orbit round the blue. But maybe i didn't succeed so well in doing that.

The planet texture is great and I love the galaxy at the bottom , I am thinking the possible confusion of a shadow being on the smaller planet may come from the light source of the bigger planet tricking the brain into thinking it should be casting a shadow? I wonder if desaturating the smaller planet so it is less bright may help?
