What more can I say? Absolutely stunning job on both counts mate. Foggy Dawn is so beautiful and calming. Great work on that. And Virgin Pearl is outstanding! I was totally confused by the parameter you posted and can`t imagine how all that text could result in such a superb image but it obviously does . Well done Sargon.

I too apologize for being inactive lately in the forum, I haven't done any significant PDN work, I was a little busy and doing some study for my work, I hope everyone is well. But I was playing with GoogleSketchup trying to make some space things, and this is a spaceship, it looks like kids toy , I hope after coloring and adding some texture it will look more realistic, I am still adding some details on it. "The background is PDN: WA-SPACE:

Looks superb. Must have taken a while to do. I`m sure it will be fantastic once you have added some coloring and texture. Nice one Sargon.

Wonderful modelling skills mate, it looks to me as if the the round/Dish section of the tail has the ability to separate from the main body?
Do you sketch out concept ideas for the model?
Looking forward to seeing this completed.

I commented yesterday, but for some reason, it got erased. Anyhow, lovely work from you yet again! I wanted to say that only if toys looked this good! I think that adding a texture is a great idea, too.

Woah
Seriously, seriously impressive. The detail is absolutely mind-blowing.
... and that's before colour and texture. I'll make sure I'm sitting down, with nothing in my mouth before viewing the next stage ...
Let's not forget the background - stunning texture on the planet
I bow to thee ...

Thanks everyone for the nice comments. @barbie, Goonfella and blackpenny, thank you very much I am glad you like it. AFG, thanks so much mate, I was thinking in the beginning to make it able to separate but then quit, but I still like the idea, Technically the design consist of 7 components (SketchUp talking), the tail has two components. There wasn't any sketch out concepts not even in my mind, it all built up from a single cube shape by adding step by step more shapes and details, with lot of changes, this is what is great about sketchup you can change any part easily. Helen, thanks so much, and sorry about that, it happens sometimes with me also. @welshy, thanks mate for the nice words, I hope I can finish it soon, it is on hold for now, for a week or so, so busy studying. Here are some older snapshots, you can notice the changes:

Thank you so much Pixey. This is an image modification, The background is a photo in local area here, and the spacecraft made it with GoogleSketchup/Kerkythea render : From these two: By the way, this is the first kerkythea render, I was plying with the program past few days with this spaceplane.

What a great image! Looks real even down to the lens flare. A super image & a pleasure to see. Even the glowy texture on the metal - just fantastic! I like how you protected the original too. Good on you.

Stunning image Sargon! Great work on that spaceship. I actually think the one in the clouds looks better. I`m not keen on the sun poking through the gap in the bodywork. It tends to draw your eyes away from the ship - and the ship is the absolute highlight of this image so you want people to focus on that. Maybe you could make it a bit smaller, less intrusive. Of course, as with any comment, this is purely my preference. You might like it as it is. It`s your , very impressive, work after all.

Nope, I don't believe this isn't a photo! First of all, amazing cloud photo. I don't I would be able to take a nice photo like that. And second, the spacecraft is incredible. Do you make it up as you go along? Like do you keep in mind what each part of the spacecraft does? I can see that right underneath the front of the craft are two machine guns or so what they seem to be. Amazing, amazing, amazing! I like the colors you chose. For some reason, it gives me a feeling they're like warships and aren't here for a peace treaty.

@ barbie, thank you very much, and sorry about my name on the spacecraft image, of course the protection is not for pdnfans friends at all, pdnfans are very welcome if they need any of my designs if they liked any, without watermarks on them and with the original file size and quality. @ Leif, thanks mate for the great comment, I am so glad you like it. @ Goonfella, great to see you back Gooni, and thank you for the comment, it is actually not the sun, but a reflection from the surface of the body, there was a weird shiny spot in the render so I was trying to hide it in a such away but looks like I wasn't successful lol. you can see what I am talking about in the original image here: @ Helen, it is actually a 50% photo or may be more, I mean the background, that had taken by my cell camera. The camera is one of the important tools required for my job, I have to have it with me every time and every where plus the camera phone as a back up, so because of this I photograph every view I like and I don't like (not for my job of course but a hobby), people they make fun of me when I snap some unusual things but I got used on that, so expect how many clouds photos I have in my PC . Thanks for the great comment, and don't worry the riders are not aliens, they are from our planet earth and their vehicle name is Mustang-22, English word is an indication, BTW I cal it Mustang as an airborne version of the car.

Sargon, I like the way you did the image protection. No need to apologise, it was a compliment.
Mustang-22 - no complaints there either. My fave car. I wish I owned one, a fast back of course! ;D
I like the way you did the sun reflection. Very clever.

I see what you mean about the bright spot. Maybe you should just tone down the reflection a bit and change the colour to white rather than yellow. Having said that , I think the lighting in the image would mean this brightness on the metal would actually happen in real life. Or of course you could select just this part and adjust the brightness that way.
