I am totally in awe! I wish we could make these real. I love fine glass & the shape of these look like they'd be very nice & comfortable to drink from. Lovely colour & the gold band is quite 50's which I love too. Tiles look fab too. I really like what you have done here. A beginner eh? Please do keep posting what you have done. It is such a treat to see.

Beginner, you say? Now, if only all beginners would be able to do that! The glass is impeccable! Unbelievable glass texture.

Kerkythea is a powerful render program needs long time to learn, fortunately it supports files from most other 3D-graphics program, I am using it now with 3, Google-SketchUp, Anim8tor and sculptris with great results. I remember Lance had used it and had some great experience with it,
@ barbie, thank you very much, they are real glass cups, they called Istikan, or Estikan, and it came from East-Tea-Can, they widely used in middle east to drink tea, visit any Iranian, Turkish or Arabic stores and I am positively sure you can find them.
@ Helen, thank you very much, I can't take the credit to the glass texture, it all rendered in Kerkythea, but the original drawing I can say yes, with Google SketchUp.

If that`s what you can achieve as a beginner I can`t wait to see what you come up with as you get more experience! Outstanding!
