While i have posted loots of zoo pictures on DA, i have been working on a few other things. This one is another one from Final Fantasy. No i don't play that game, but in another forum i know one that dose. And the eye colors are soposed to be that way ;-)

That's really neat, leif! Her eyes are so beautiful and so is her hair--it's not just lying flat and has volume. I enjoyed your zoo pictures, by the way.

I gotta come up with comments other than "Wow!" "Cool!" and "Neat!". Maybe I should buy a thesaurus.
Great detail on the sparrow. And I like the half tone (is that the right term?) on Betty Page, and the hair.

I can think of one word that says it all - Speechless! The Sparrow is my fave. As BP said, it`s the detail that makes the difference. Great work Leif.

And I like the half tone (is that the right term?) on Betty Page, and the hair. Thank you. Yes, the shading is the half tone effect. First i made a solid shading. and then i blurred it before using the half tone effect. I think that is one of the old plugins. I can think of one word that says it all - Speechless! The Sparrow is my fave. As BP said, it`s the detail that makes the difference. Great work Leif. Thank you. The sparrow was made over several days. I just wanted to make something with a loot of detailes.

Betty Page is my fave. Hubby has her tattooed on his arm so I'd better like her Sparrow is beautifully detailed & Marge is way cool like that

Your work always stands out, leif, in a good way. It boggles my mind how you do line art so perfectly!

It boggles my mind how you do line art so perfectly! I have blend mode set to overwrite. And then i set the secondary color to 0 alpha. Now i can draw lines with the primary color and use the secondary as an eraser line. And then i always use the bezier curve. The rest: Hard work. Loots of hard work. Thank you all for your comments. Really great to get comments on my work.

I try to comment on everyone's work. That's how people stay motivated to draw. I wouldn't ever want you to stop.

That's how people stay motivated to draw. That is so true. Since i don't do this for money, the comments (and faves on DA) are the only reward i get from my work. And the only reward i will ask for. I have always made what i, myself, have liked to make. But if it was like nobody cared, i would surely stop sooner or later.
