Helen, Chris, Barbie,Leif - thanks all for the nice comments . I`m glad you like it.
I would love to fly into space. That`s the great thing about space art - you can just let your imagination fly!
Leif your giving your age away! ;D

Amazing spacescape goonie, I like how you made the edges of the planet, and the sun with the small planet is so effective, they added a very good depth to the whole image. And the ship is nice, too, I wish if I am inside it, looking through those window.

Latest image tries to represent what we all hate and what drives us all mad at some point - Creative Block!

I'm having a serious case of it right now. Nothing I'm doing just seem to satisfy me.

An idea - Just draw one vertical line and see what you can do with it using the various plug ins. You might surprise yourself and come up with something unexpectedly

Nice idea, Goon. I actually do a few scribbles and then play with the effects. Pretty good results, too.

Thanks Chris. You`re right it does look pretty good as a wallpaper. Not for me though, I prefer something a bit more cheery. Helen if you remember , I made an image using this method. Imaginatively named - One Line! ;D It is still on display in the Abstracts section of my gallery.

The background is what really catches my eye. Very nice outcome! I like the idea of just using a line to see what happens.

Pretty cool!
Using one line as a start is a neat idea. I took a shot at it, and it looks like it might go somewhere interesting.

This `One Line' thing would make for an interesting comp in the future - to see who could make the best image. What do you think?

@goon: I do remember. We have a powerful tool like PDN and we have a brain, we just need to make it work at times when we have that "art block."

Creative Block = simply stunning. A really awesome background to it. And a very clever way of getting the message across in an image. Journey to the stars ... another masterpiece from the master of spacescapes

Hi Welshy , good to hear from you again. Unfortunately that Ceative Block is the only thing I`ve done for a while, apart from Oma`s sig/av combo. Just can`t get motivated.
I`ve closed my gallery on the other forum. Never update it now and I when I do I just get a few replies from you guys so there is no point in trying to keep it going - and it will save you having to comment in two galleries about the same image. I just visit the site now to keep up to date with updates , give some advice when I can and generally just see how things are going.

I like the" one line" idea for a comp. What I do when in block mode is turn the computer, T.V. all distractions off, never managed the music,I find it inspirational, and just reflect. The other way for me is take longer walks with my dog, always armed with my camera. Anyway nice piece for being in a block.
