Sorry for my lateness to comment (insert sheepish smiley here). Boy-oh-Boy you have some great additions here and, as usual, you do not disappoint The space image is magical and looks really dreamy. The clock (?) is so precise and metallic-like and glassy, as is the panels image. You have mastered the 'glassy look' now and I'd love you to point me to any tutorials on that, as it's an area I like to explore. Great work Welshy

The GoonInspired spacescape is fantastic mate, I like the planet and the glow of the sun/star, the frame is a great touch too, well done Welshy. There is like a black spill on the bottom/left corner, but that is OK, I think it is PNG quality issue.
And the postmentalmodernism (I don't know what that word is , lol ) is so gorgeous, I like the optical illusion in it, the depth is confusing me in almost every part in it, you have altered those 3D shapes in a very nice way, that is a magical piece.

I always think for a space scene to work it has to give a feeling of vastness, this does that perfectly. Post Mental Modernism; love that title, is excellent, put that in a craft fair as a sculpture and it would sell in seconds.

Skatissue: has a great colour/texture combination Cargo: has nice depth. Speakno: love how you have put this together, it has a mix of robotic and human that really works well.
Bailing Out: brings all the above together, two suggestions I would I would make would be to add a small platform at the bottom going out side and exaggerate (only slightly) the perspective, that would then draw the viewer out into space, the other is to remove the drop shadow at the sides of the opening as when you look at the top and bottom of the opening you get the feeling of vastness but where there is drop shadow at the sides it flattens it and makes it appear like a screen, the overall effect is fantastic.

Well, with 3 galleries to keep going, as well as the admin, work etc, it's easy not slip behind in something. I have seen all but the Hope Springs which I love for its minimal colour & texturry feel.
I love bailing out so much that it is my desktop. Good to see all the wonderful work here together.
Gosh this purple is awesomeness itself!

Trying to work out a suitably eye pleasing portrait of the 2011/2012 season of CFC mate But I know you're strong. You've no need for the won nothing, helpline @ AFG ... great suggestions/ critique. Noted for future reference. Thanks mate for taking the time to pop in. @ BarbieQ' and Helen ... words really can't convey my thanks for your total support. Let's just say I'm humbled ... @ B'Penny ... many thanks. ------------------------------------------- Pyrography ... Inspired by all on Fans

Love the wood on the Pyrography & the focus being off-centre. Great choice of subject for this style. Only critiques is that the horse is a tiny bit jaggy. Looks like your work is taking different direction again with quite a few bright images.
On a side note: I once won an image very similar in a raffle. I gave it to my daughter.
Wonderful image Welshy & a great concept!

Amazing woodwork Welshy. I think the horse looks amazing. I love the way it`s made up of lots of separate pieces all working as one to create it. Nice one.

Like Goonfella said, the wood texture is amazing, and a nicely thought out touch of coming from dark to light to highlight the horse head. When I was looking at it I got thinking how with a little bit of work, by extending the two 'Y' and adjusting the other letters you could form the shape of the horses body, the bottom of the Y's look like hooves

Awesome mate, this is so beautiful, the wood texture is Welshy's unique, and the pyrography is believable, Although the jaggys do not bother me because it is a burnt wood work, but to get smoother edges use Emboss + AlphaMask, instead of bevel selection?

Yes, the wood is amazing and the head looks seared into it really well. What a texture! I also just love the purple piece (sorry, don't know what it's called) with the little stalic-mites ......... awesomely good

Love your work. Your rusty and crusty textures are a favorite. Metal Fatigue boggles my mind. Mpfini is better than the Windows Media Player. And, Skatissue is a much warmer color than the image at PDN forum. Pyrography is very nice but, the horse's head, maybe, needs to be darkened like the title.

The guitar one is such an emotive piece. As noted on the main board, only criticism is the guitar strings but that is being very picky. It is the overwhelming atmosphere & emotion that I am really looking at here. Well done!
