Is great you had time to fisnish up so many pieces as they are always joy and inspiration to watch . My favourite is the Emerald Deco, really like the filigree framing and the dark and grey backgorund textures too.

I am always fasinated by your combination of colors and gold shapes. I second this comment. I remember the first time you started doing PDN, I was always telling you to tone down the highlights and stuff. Now, I am wishing I could do some beautiful pastel colors you use. Everything flows together really well and it's becoming more and more tough to critique your pieces.

Ella, sometimes I do get a lot done & then I swamp everyone with them. I should just put them out in small portions. The uploading & editing the first post irks me so I do it in a batch ;D Blackpenny & Leif, thank you. Oma & Chrisco too. Oma, Hear No evil nearly drove me insane...blasted mouse was doing some weird stuff but I got it sorted. Yes, Lance I do remember that...one of the problems was that my monitor looked paler than it should...still all of your advice & the other wonderful Fanatics helped to get me where I am today. Thanks everyone for your continued help & support. I appreciate it very much along with your friendship. You're such a special bunch of people

February Dragon is great! I like the squigglies in the text, and the contrast of the flames with the grey colour.

Very clever use of Welshy`s tut there Barbie. Well done. The flames look great. Agreed. It's always satisfying when you write a tut and someone come's along and uses the basics to go their own way. It makes it all worth while It's when you start looking again at other people's work after an upheaval like we've all had from Fanatics and realising how much awesome stuff people have produced (if that makes sense )

Blackpenny the text is Orial (I think that is how it's spelled) from daFont. I was surprised at the outcome using that font. Thanks Goonie! I agree Welshy - so good to revisit a lot of great images. I remember too the struggles we had in our quests to improve. Thanks for taking the time to write the tute Heatstroke, I've seen that a lot lately both here & on dA. I like it because it adds drama. Thanks Sargon! It is a bit of a quirky combination. February is bushfire season. After a hot dry summer, there is lots of fuel ready to turn into a raging bushfire. After the floods we've had, there will be a lot of dead vegetation so it might minimise the risk. I hope so. The last thing we need is a bushfire crisis. [url=http://www.bookworm.com.au/Book/February-Dragon-9781741102390.aspx February Dragon is also a book by an Australian author & a good read. Patty, without your wonderful pieces to start with, I would not have been able to do it. With your permission, I like to manipulate another one of the Mandelbulb pieces in PDN but I want to keep it a secret which one. Your images just fire my imagination. For me sometimes I find it hard to get a start.
