Wowsers, Venice! Lovely works all of them but the purple jewel is my fave. I really like the way you do the jewels & your ideas for them, like the 3 faceted gems with the purple one & the Tray one. Fabulous images to wake up in the morning!

LOL.... your like an express train going through all the tut's and trying out different ideas with great results, you have also passed me in fractal stakes, ever time I try to produce something with Apo. I just come up with a load of squiggly lines

Barbie, Helen, Welsh and AFG, thanks for the kind words. I couldn't get through anything for the past two weeks and then suddenly all the little pieces came together LOL well, not all, actually not even half. LOL
AFG, funny you should mention tuts, because for some reason this past couple of weeks I haven't really been able to get through any. I'm going through free photo sites and trying to figure out how they made some of the images on my own. Sometimes coming nowhere near what they did, but learning something myself anyway LOL

My goodness - they're all awesome! Isn't it great when something comes together? Sometimes it takes along time, months or even years for me. You have a wonderful way of putting them all together too. Very nice work.

Thanks Pixey. I was starting to feel like I'd never get anything else done and suddenly the last couple of days I've finished 10 of them yay. Most without any tuts, so I think I'm finally starting to understand some of this program LOL

Great idea making those hats and stars. Looks really magical. ;D Nice detail putting the gradients in the stars. Could have been an advertising for a magical show.

Thanks Leif. I can't really take credit for the ideas for those two drawings as I was just trying to replicate some things I saw and ended up making my own spin on them as I went along. ;D Since there was no tut for them, they each ended up taking all day as I made mistake after mistake. But I'm learning layers and techniques in much more depth this way. So it's all good

Moninca, Thanks. Those are my favorite ones so far too. I think glossies are my favorite to do so far. Barbie. Thanks. Those hats took forever! LOL I had a real rough time trying to get the curve on the top of the hat. I can't even remember how I finally got it done LOL For the body of the hat, I took ideas from the glass of juice tutorial in Fanatics. It took a bit of revising but it was easier than the brim of the hat!

Venice I could see some elements of the glass/vase tute & I thought that you applied the learning to a new situation very well. Love seeing you progress

4 very good new additions. Surprise: Spelling aside (I'm sure we've all done that) what a great concept. Love it Hatz: Another great idea. Really Nice job on the hats and the impression of depth between the hats is excellent. They really drew my eyes in It's great to see your work here
