First one really gets your mind going. A wild combination of darkens and despairer; and a colorful flash of hope. Interesting combination.

You can just here the eagle as flies overhead. I love the dark clouds and the bush that is coming to life again after a cold winter. Really well done afg. The head is great. Just like a Gladiator from Roman times.

First one really gets your mind going. A wild combination of darkens and despairer; and a colorful flash of hope. Interesting combination. I agree with Leif. With the photomanip. There is a lot going on but not cluttered. Very atmospheric. This is going to be one to watch. The sculpture one is also looking fabulous. Fantastic shapes, shadows & highlights. I like that background too. Another one to watch out for. I am so pleased to see these new works to to see you open your gallery. Both of the new images are stunning!

I can't find words mate, really don't know what to say.. I am so glad you are posing again here to this forum, because I missed your work so much, my award list for 2010 saying that, too. The photomanip, is fantastic, I almost understood or at least made my story on this image including every element in it , only thing is those white (or may be metallic) leaves on that tree..Is this Newton for Mac or Mac for Newton? Amazing work, I love that crystal globe with tree. And you made a great work on the modeling, can't wait to see the finish project, and I like the background, too, it is my favorite texture, I love mudworks but never tried it in reality .

What a comeback 2 great pieces mate. I've got to admit that for some reason I'm not too fussed with that green of the flutterbye, but that's personal taste, not a knock at your work. Great modelling skills, hope we see the finished version

Oh wow! Good to see you posting here.
The modeling is excellent. I don't know if you're planning to add the other eye, but the one really gives it character.
The photomanip has something new every time I look at it. Good work!

Thanks for the great comments everyone, i have managed to find some time to work on the photomanip, it's still developing but the theme is laid down now, it's called 'In Dreams We Wander' so that might help you work it out or not ;D

OMGoodness - the photo manipulation has really come along. It's quite spooky and the spiders gave me goose bumps but, besides that, it's very good indeed

I couldn't decide if they were spiders or ticks...either way they are arachnids. The WIP is taking shape nicely. So many elements but all work so well.
Great to see some of the older one up here too. Still loving them!
